- More than one company: Companies are stored on your hard drive so more than one company can be used within the desktop software
- Inventory: Great for mid- to larger-sized companies requiring advanced inventory tracking and robust reporting features.
- Users: 1 to 30. Must pay additional license fees for simultaneous users.
- Pricing: $35 to $235 / month
- Has industry specific features
- Provides multi-company reporting (Enterprise only)
- Customizable sales templates to design however you need
QBO - Quickbooks Online
- Accessibility: Cloud based - can be accessed anytime from anywhere via URL / website address: QBO.Intuit.com
- More than one Company: QBO subscription if for one company. You can pay a separate subscription / license for each additional company.
- Inventory: Great for small business' looking track quantities of basic inventory. Can also choose from a host of outside inventory apps to sync with your QBO when inventory needs are more robust.
- Users: 1 to 40. Each plan has user maximum, but simultaneous users are included in the plan / subscription.
- Pricing: Enterprise starts at $1,922 per year
- Great for most businesses, especially those managing their own accounting or working with a remote accountant / bookkeeper.
- Provides more professional looking invoices, estimates, etc.
